From the very beginning Emma Reeves was professional, lovely to work with and organised everything perfectly with her acute attention to detail. She helped us creating an incredible, on-brand menu. She even used our very own fresh handpicked mushrooms as the main ingredient! From pithiviers, beef cheek shiraz pies and a buckwheat gnocchi bamboo boat, every dish was beautifully presented and our guest raved about the luscious taste.
